6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

96bets is committed to providing a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. Every game on our platform uses internationally recognized Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Every game result is entirely random, with no predetermined patterns.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the bet will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure & Suspension

96bets may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• When suspicious or fraudulent gaming behavior is detected.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We conduct an initial review of all complaints within 48 hours.

• A final decision will be communicated within 7 business days of submitting a complaint.
• Providing supporting evidence such as screenshots and transaction IDs will help expedite the resolution process.
• In the event of a technical error, server log data shall serve as the final and definitive record.
• In any dispute, 96bets's decision shall be considered final unless overturned through international arbitration.

11 Term Changes & Effective Date

96bets reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified at their registered email address in the event of significant changes.
• Updated terms take effect automatically 7 days after they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
